Installation

First-Time Setup

Clock/Timer: Turn knob to set time; pull out and turn to set timer (up to 60 minutes). Timer alert sounds when time expires.

Oven Light Switch: Push button to turn interior light on/off.

Using the Cooktop

Four coil elements provide flexible cooking options.

  1. Select element: Turn corresponding control knob to desired heat setting.
  2. Place cookware: Use flat-bottomed pans that match element size.
  3. Adjust heat: Turn knob to adjust temperature as needed.
  4. Turn off: Return knob to OFF position after cooking.

Tip: Use lower heat settings for simmering, higher settings for boiling. Always turn element off when not in use.

Using the Oven

Oven supports baking, broiling, and keep warm functions.

  1. Preheat: Set oven control to desired temperature and allow 10-15 minutes to preheat.
  2. Baking: Place food on center rack for even cooking.
  3. Broiling: Place broiler pan on top rack position, door slightly ajar for proper ventilation.

  5. Timer: Set timer for cooking duration; oven does not turn off automatically.

WARNING! Use oven mitts when handling hot cookware. Keep oven door closed during baking for proper temperature maintenance.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  1. Cooktop: Allow to cool, wipe with damp cloth. Remove drip bowls for washing.
  2. Oven interior: Clean with non-abrasive cleaner. Remove oven racks for separate cleaning.
  3. Oven door: Remove by lifting straight up from hinges for thorough cleaning.
  4. Exterior: Wipe with soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
