Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Position on level floor with proper clearance.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape, foam, and protective covers.
  2. Level the unit: Adjust front leveling legs for stability.
  3. Clearance: Allow 2 inches minimum on sides and back for ventilation.
  4. Connect power: Plug into dedicated 120V grounded outlet.
  5. Water connection: For ice/water dispenser, connect to cold water line.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people for moving. Ensure floor can support weight.

First-Time Setup

Plug in refrigerator; allow 24 hours for cooling before loading food.

  1. Set temperatures: Use control panel to set fridge (37°F) and freezer (0°F).
  2. Install water filter: Remove cap, insert filter, run water to purge air.
  3. Activate ice maker: Lift arm to ON position; first batch may take 24 hours.
  4. Adjust shelves: Configure based on storage needs.
  5. Test door alarm: Leave door open for 3 minutes to verify alarm sounds.

CAUTION! Do not overload shelves. Allow space for air circulation.

Temperature Settings: Fridge (34-46°F), Freezer (-6 to 6°F). Ice Type: Cubed or crushed. Lock: Child lock for dispenser. Alarm: Door ajar and temperature alarms. Energy Saver: Reduces condensation in humid environments.

Display shows set temperatures, filter status, error codes. Press and hold LOCK for 3 seconds to enable/disable control lock.

Connecting Water Supply

Required for ice maker and water dispenser. Use 1/4" copper tubing or approved plastic line.

  1. Turn off main water supply.
  2. Connect water line to cold water pipe using saddle valve.
  3. Route line to refrigerator connection at bottom rear.
  4. Connect to refrigerator inlet; tighten with wrench.
  5. Turn on water; check for leaks.
  6. Flush line by dispensing water for 3 minutes.

Tip: Use manufacturer-approved water line kit. Ensure no kinks in tubing.

Using Ice & Water Dispenser

Dispenser on front door provides ice and filtered water.

  1. Select ice type: Press ICE TYPE for cubed or crushed.
  2. Dispense ice: Press glass against paddle; release to stop.
  3. Dispense water: Press glass against water paddle.
  4. Lock: Press LOCK to disable dispenser (indicator light on).
  5. Replace filter: When FILTER light illuminates, replace filter.

WARNING! Do not use without water filter installed. Children should not operate without supervision.

Temperature Management

Optimal temperatures: Fridge 37°F, Freezer 0°F. Adjust using TEMPERATURE button.

Energy Saver: Use in low-humidity environments to reduce condensation. Door Alarm: Sounds after 3 minutes if door ajar. Quick Cool: Rapidly cools fridge compartment for new groceries. Vacation Mode: Sets fridge to minimal cooling when away.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning interior. Use mild detergent and warm water; rinse and dry.

Exterior: Clean with soft cloth and mild cleaner. Interior: Remove shelves and drawers; wash separately. Condenser coils: Vacuum every 6 months. Door seals: Wipe clean to maintain seal.
