Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a level, stable floor.

  1. Remove shipping materials: Take out all bolts and packing from inside the tub.
  2. Level the washer: Adjust the leveling feet to prevent excessive vibration.
  3. Connect water supply: Attach hot and cold water hoses to corresponding faucets.
  4. Connect drain hose: Place hose into a standpipe or laundry sink.
  5. Plug into a grounded electrical outlet.

WARNING! Washer is heavy; use caution when moving. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, run a clean cycle.

  1. Ensure washer is properly installed and leveled.
  2. Turn on water supply faucets fully.
  3. Add a cup of white vinegar or washer cleaner to the empty tub.
  4. Set the cycle to "Normal" with hot water and run a complete cycle.
  5. Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth.

CAUTION! Do not use the washer without removing all shipping bolts and materials.

Controls and Settings

Access controls via the front panel. Timer Dial: Selects cycle and controls wash time. Water Temperature Selector: Choose Hot, Warm, or Cold wash and rinse. Water Level Selector: Set load size (Small, Medium, Large).

Cycle Guide: Normal: For everyday fabrics. Permanent Press: For synthetic fabrics to reduce wrinkles. Delicate: For gentle fabrics like wool or silk. Rinse & Spin: For adding rinse or spin only.

Load Size Guide: Small (1-3 lbs), Medium (4-6 lbs), Large (7-9 lbs). Do not overload the tub.

Connecting Water Supply

Hot and Cold water inlets on back of washer.

  1. Turn off water supply faucets before connecting.
  2. Attach hot water hose (usually red) to hot water faucet and hot inlet on washer.
  3. Attach cold water hose (usually blue) to cold water faucet and cold inlet on washer.
  4. Hand-tighten connections; avoid over-tightening.
  5. Turn on water supply and check for leaks.

Tip: Use only reinforced washing machine hoses. Replace hoses every 5 years.

Operating the Washer

Follow these steps for each wash load.

  1. Sort laundry by color and fabric type.
  2. Load clothes loosely into the tub; do not pack tightly.
  3. Add detergent to the detergent dispenser or directly into the tub before clothes.
  4. Close the lid.
  5. Set Water Level selector based on load size.
  6. Set Water Temperature for wash and rinse.
  7. Turn Timer Dial to desired cycle and start position.
  8. The washer will fill, agitate, drain, and spin automatically.
  9. Remove clothes promptly after cycle ends to prevent wrinkles.

WARNING! Do not open the lid during the spin cycle. Keep children away from operating washer.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

Monthly: Clean the lint filter (if equipped). Run a clean cycle with washer cleaner or vinegar. Wipe door seal and exterior with a damp cloth. Check hoses for cracks or bulges.
